1、 External audit of three systems in 2021: in order to effectively evaluate the adequacy, suitability and effectiveness of the quality, environment, occupational health and safety management system and further standardize the company's management activities, it is hereby scheduled to conduct three management system audits for relevant departments of our company according to external audit on August 2, 2021.

2、 All audited departments are requested to pay attention to the internal audit, do a good job in the mobilization of their own departments, and organize the self inspection of the implementation of the internal system documents of the Department if conditions permit. At the same time, a representative must be appointed to cooperate with the inspection of this system audit.

3、 For the nonconformities found in the audit, the responsible department shall carefully organize the rectification according to the required time node, and report the relevant rectification data to the audit team for tracking and verification after the rectification.
